All products offered by ZAYONORA are part of limited luxury drops and are subject to availability. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled after it has been shipped or dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including situations involving pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, all sales are considered final once dispatched. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged inside a sealed package or if the item received is incorrect or swapped. Any claim regarding damage or incorrect delivery must be supported by a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing the sealed parcel and shipping label. Claims without valid video proof will not be entertained.

Refunds are not available once an order has been shipped or dispatched. A refund will only be issued if ZAYONORA fails to fulfill or deliver the order. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within three business days.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. ZAYONORA will not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
