Shipping policy
At ZAYONORA, every piece is crafted with precision and care. As a limited luxury drop brand, we maintain a structured shipping process to ensure quality and consistency.
All orders require 6 business days for processing before dispatch. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and pack your order and is separate from the delivery timeframe.
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 4 business days across India. While we aim to deliver within this timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout page based on the delivery location. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase.
Tracking details will be sent to the customer’s registered contact information once the order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. In case of an incorrect or incomplete address resulting in return of the shipment, reshipping charges will apply.
Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our products, no cancellations are allowed once the product has been made or dispatched.
