At ZAYONORA, every piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. As a limited luxury drop brand, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to protect the exclusivity and integrity of our products.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged inside a sealed package or if the order received is incorrect or swapped. In case of damage, the customer must provide clear and complete video proof of the unboxing process starting from the unopened sealed parcel. The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video, and the recording must have no cuts or edits. If the product received is not what was originally ordered, the issue must be reported immediately with proper unboxing video proof. Without valid video evidence, return requests will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped or dispatched. All confirmed and processed orders are considered final. Refunds are only applicable if the company fails to fulfill or deliver the order. If the refund request meets the required conditions and is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within three business days.
